A: CG Mobile Detailing is fully mobile — we come to you! We service all over Regional Gippsland!

Q: Do I need to provide water or power?
A: For Now, Yes! We have not had the chance to fit our van out with a water tank or generator just yet, but your business with us will help us achieve this goal!

Q: How long does a detail take?
A: Depending on the service you choose, most details take between 1.5 to 4 hours. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles may take longer.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: What’s included in an Interior Valet?
A: Our Interior Valet includes a full vacuum, seats and carpets shampooed, plastics cleaned and dressed, windows polished, and deodorising — leaving your interior looking and smelling brand new.

Q: What’s the difference between a Full Valet and a Supreme Valet?
A: The Full Valet covers a full interior and exterior clean, while the Supreme Valet takes it up a notch with extra protection, polishing, and finer detailing work.

Q: Do you offer just interior or just exterior detailing?
A: Absolutely! You can choose an interior-only or exterior-only package depending on what your vehicle needs most.

Q: How much does a detail cost?
A: Prices vary based on the package and vehicle size — starting from around $160 for interiors and $319 for our highest-tier detail. We’ll always confirm a final quote before starting.

Q: How long will my car stay clean after a detail?
A: That depends on driving conditions and how often the vehicle is used, but our protective products can keep your car looking fresh for weeks.

Q: Will you be able to remove all stains and odours?
A: We do our best to restore every surface, and most stains and odours are removed completely — but some permanent damage may remain if it’s deeply set or aged.

Q: Do you use safe products?
A: Yes — we only use high-quality, professional-grade products that are safe for your vehicle’s surfaces, paint, and interior materials.

🕒 Scheduling & Policies

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least a week ahead as spots fill up fast, especially on weekends.

Q: What if it rains on the day of my booking?
A: If weather conditions are too poor to work, we’ll reschedule to the next available day that suits you.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?
A: A small travel fee may apply for areas outside our main service zone — we’ll always let you know beforehand.
